This individual will work on generating new business through a variety of web-based, marketing, and pro-active selling tools. The Inside Sales Representative is also responsible for being a primary contact for Korea customers and execution of the sales-order process. This includes customer support, managing communications/transactions, and striving to meet the needs of assigned customers in Korea. Account needs/requests must be addressed by working closely with sales, also including customer visit solely and/or together with sales, product management, supply-chain and financial team of Momentive Technologies, as needed for problem resolution.
