Oracle Communications is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive enterprise communications solution sales across key enterprise accounts within the US West territory (excluding federal markets). This dynamic role requires an ambitious, results-driven individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record of new business development in large or global enterprise environments.
Minimum 5 years of successful solution selling experience to large and/or global enterprise accounts, ideally for complex communications or technology offerings. Proven, self-motivated sales performer with strong new business development strategies and a record of consistently exceeding quota and delivering new logo wins. Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow territory and partner relationships. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferred: Experience in enterprise communications, cloud, or SaaS-based solutions. Knowledge of the US West region enterprise landscape.
Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,000 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.
