Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan targeting net new enterprise account in the region. Identify potential business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calling, networking, and industry events. Conduct research to understand customer challenges and align them with UKG's solutions. Qualify leads and effectively manage the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of UKG's workforce management, HCM and Payroll solutions. Tailor presentations and proposals to address the unique requirements of each prospect. Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Act as a trusted advisor by providing thought leadership and strategic guidance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce and Clari. Provide regular forecasts and updates to leadership on sales performance and progress.
Experience: Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS, HCM, or workforce management solutions. Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the region. Experience in managing complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders.
Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English & German. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Attributes: Results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and grow revenue. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently. Adaptable and resilient in a constantly evolving market.
