5-7 years work experience with a proven record of success in a pre-sales, practitioner or consulting role, solving problems and generating positive customer outcomes. Strong background in enterprise business applications, with expertise in CX related technologies (marketing, sales, and service). Strong ability to craft and deliver presentations and demonstrations with composure in front of all levels of technical and non-technical audiences. A skillset to establish trust with clients, and the ability to influence key decision makers. Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Commitment to continuous learning and thriving in a collaborative team environment. Ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from $45.43 to $85.63 per hour; from: $94,500 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.
