Position: Outside Sales Representative (Advertising Sales)

Pay: $30,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Earning Potential: $80,000-$100,000+ depending on performance (first year typically around $40,000)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, generally 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible, performance-based schedule)

Location: Flathead Valley (field-based, business-to-business)

What You'll Do:

• Drive business-to-business sales throughout the Flathead Valley
• Sell digital and print advertising solutions tailored to each client
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while generating new business
• Conduct in-person client visits and deliver persuasive sales presentations
• Make cold and warm calls to build a strong referral pipeline
• Apply modern marketing knowledge to help businesses grow
• Represent the company professionally in the community
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and client expectations

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of successful sales experience (motivated entry-level candidates considered)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and presentation ability
• Understanding of retail and small-business marketing needs
• Comfortable with digital marketing and modern technology (email, internet, mobile tools, typing)
• Resilient, positive attitude with the ability to hear "no" and keep moving
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle
