This customer-focused role serves as the primary point of contact for clients seeking temporary portable restrooms and restroom trailer rentals. The position supports business growth by managing inbound calls and emails, gathering event and project details, preparing accurate quotes, and following up to move opportunities forward. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in sales or customer service within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Why You Want This Position:

• Base salary of $65,000 plus commission opportunities
• Full-time year-round, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients across the Montana market
• Collect and confirm project details, including quantities, site information, and rental timelines
• Create and deliver accurate quotes and rental proposals
• Coordinate with leadership to support the sales process and close opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Proactively follow up on pending quotes and open leads to drive conversions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Experience working with CRM systems preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
