This role is responsible for supporting sales efforts, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. In this position, you will play a key part in driving sales, addressing customer inquiries, and representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Starting Wage: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Answer phones warmly and assist with product inquiries and purchases
- Manage sales transactions accurately
- Provide product information, recommendations, and upselling where appropriate
- Respond to customer queries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide basic product troubleshooting procedures
- Support sales campaigns, promotions, and events
- Record customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
- Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling customer issues and finding solutions
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- High school diploma or equivalent
