As a senior sales content writer, you'll create high-impact, sales-focused content that helps our sales and SDR teams drive new pipeline, accelerate deals, and grow revenue with existing customers. You'll work closely with product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement to develop messaging and assets tailored to specific buyer personas—from CHRO and CIO decision-makers to talent acquisition leaders—and different stages of the customer journey. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, blending sharp writing skills with a deep understanding of what moves buyers to act. You'll own projects end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally, and help ensure our revenue teams are equipped with compelling, relevant, and conversion-focused content. 3–6 years of experience in B2B content marketing, copywriting, or sales enablement (SaaS or technology preferred). Proven ability to create compelling, conversion-focused content for sales teams. Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas, sales cycles, and demand generation tactics. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback quickly. Current SEO and content marketing knowledge. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
Preferred: Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) a plus. SharePoint, WordPress, or Highspot experience a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Experience with Wrike or similar project management system a plus.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $70,000-$85,000.00 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data.
