✨ About The Role
- Responsible for prospecting and closing deals for Morning Consult's SaaS offering
- Key role in fortifying new client pipelines for a team of Account Executives
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting Fortune 1000 clients to product demos and closing deals
- Build new client pipelines through outbound calls and emails, qualifying inbound lead opportunities
- Expected to create and document best practices to guide future members of the Business Development team
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in business development with at least 1+ years in a Business Development role, preferably in a SaaS organization
- Proficient in Salesforce and managing sales processes, including tracking metrics and pipeline management
- Thrives in a high-growth startup environment and can work effectively within undefined processes
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and eagerness for continuous self-improvement
- Open to constructive feedback and willing to learn and grow throughout their time at Morning Consult
