Part of Motorola's core team working on opportunities.
Value adds from a product/solution knowledge perspective.
Understands Motorola's products and is involved in making presentations to end-customers.
Involved in understanding customer requirements and proposing the right solution to the end customer.
Works extensively with the partner to position the solution and demonstrate the same to the end customer.
Imparts periodic training to the partners to upgrade skills and focuses upon partner enablement to handle complex implementations.
Helps position Motorola's core strategy with the end customers, talk about Motorola's solutions portfolio with the end customers/partners.
Responsible for growing the market alongwith the business team.
Co-ordinates technical support for projects being implemented by partners.
Works with key regulatory agencies for necessary product approvals.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's of Engineering degree is required, having studied telecommunications.
Seeking minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering and/or solutions architecture.
Knowledge of telecommunications technologies.
Strong general knowledge of IP networking architecture, protocols and security is highly desirable.
Strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to think out of the box and challenge the status quo.
Attention to detail and a flawless execution mind-set.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering having studied Telecommunications with minimum 5 years of experience preferably in the Telecom sector.
