The Sales Development Manager will oversee and lead the activities of new sales team members in the first 60-90 days of employment. This strategic position involves deploying onboarding programs that not only facilitate a smooth transition for new sales employees but also aim to boost retention and foster long-term engagement. This role leads a team of salespeople to help drive revenue, motivation to successfully handle leads, and set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts. Additionally, this role is key in ensuring the sales team is equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to drive success across the sales cycle.
On Target Earnings (OTE): 120K
