Für unseren Standort in Gütersloh (Region OWL) suchen wir einen Sales Manager Erneuerbare Energien (m/w/d), der unser Team verstärkt. Bei uns erwartet dich eine spannende Tätigkeit mit attraktiven Benefits und vielen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Tasks

• You sell solar panels, battery storage, heat pumps, and charging infrastructure to homeowners and companies
• You take care of your customers from first contact to closing - no cold calling
• You conduct independent consultation and customer meetings by phone and on-site
• You develop a customized solution together with your customers, write the offers yourself, and hand over the project to the construction site

Qualification

• You are a sales professional with a passion and have several years of experience as an employee in technical sales, ideally in the field of renewable energies
• You have a commercial education and/or a degree in a related field
• You are a communication-savvy, self-confident, and open-minded personality
• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to grow in a dynamic environment
• You have local travel readiness, as the job takes place largely on-site with customers
• You have a driver’s license class B
• You are proficient in German, both verbally and in writing
