Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Data reconciliation of delivery note data in .txt mass upload files against Excel reports
  • Addressing discrepancies with contact persons at the supplier (usually by email, in German)
  • Entering the delivery note data into the invoicing system
  • Validation of the created invoices using reports
  • Answering inquiries from the STLA Service Outside Sales regarding created invoices

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial field or comparable degree
  • Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
  • Proficient knowledge of the SAP system in the SD and FI/CO modules
  • Customer orientation
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-organization and self-motivation
  • Very good knowledge of the German and good knowledge of the English language in speech and writing
  • Good knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Excel
