Account Executive-Nashville

LRS Consulting Services, a global leader in IT/engineering staffing, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team in Nashville. Our aggressive growth plans have created an exciting opportunity for the right salesperson looking to chart their own course and create their own success. If you're the Account Executive we're seeking, you will be responsible for the primary face-to-face contact with named accounts in the Nashville territory. These accounts will include prospects and existing customers, and you will have a goal of securing the sale of information technology services and solutions within these accounts.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of staff augmentation sales experience to enterprise-level companies.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Residence in the Nashville area.
  • Prior IT staffing experience is a plus.
  • Account experience within the Nashville territory is a plus.
  • Permanent authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsorship is available.

Performance Objectives for this position:

  1. Meet or exceed your sales plan goal.
  2. Learn and execute LRS' sales methodology.
  3. By the end of the first 5 months create a pipeline of services opportunities so you have a minimum of 2 new staffing requirements a week and a minimum of 2 staffing wins a month.
  4. Stay current on the IT and Engineering needs of your accounts.
  5. Develop relationships new and potential clients.
  6. Maintain and utilize required electronic records.

Organization Structure and Interfaces:

The LRS Consulting Services Group is managed by a Sr. Vice President and each office is managed by a Branch Manager. You will report to the Director of Consulting Services.

Salary range: $100k -150k+ total compensation. This salary range represents base salary, draw, and on-target earnings in the first year. The base salary is based off of candidates' previous experience. The total compensation will vary depending on performance and has the potential for substantially more than the range posted. The range listed is just one component of LRS' total compensation package for employees.
