The Schusterman Group team is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated team player to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for working alongside the Financial Advisor Team, handling day-to-day team operations as well as crafting thoughtful financial plans and delivering personalized wealth management advice to select clients. The compensation package for this position includes a base salary, along with performance-based bonuses and commissions. In addition, you would be eligible to participate in all company benefits offered to full-time employees at Janney, including health, dental, and medical coverage, disability income protection, life insurance, PTO/vacation, holidays, and a 401(k) plan. The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Total compensation at Janney is determined based on each candidate's experience, skills, credentials, and geographical location, and is further enhanced through performance-based incentives.
