The Account Executive (AE) for Automotive Retail and Mobility is responsible for executing sales strategies that drive profitable growth from assigned accounts and new logos. The AE proactively engages with clients consultatively to understand their business, anticipate needs, and propose innovative solutions.
The AE is responsible and accountable for the relationship health and growth in their targeted accounts. Strong, positive, and active relationships below the senior-most level are crucial for success. The AE also provides critical "voice of customer" data back to the business and diligently tracks/manages sales pipeline content.
This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $113,180.00 to $145,000.00. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program at approximately 55%.
