Summary
Custom Truck One Source is seeking a Sales Support & Quote Design Specialist to assist in the creation and upkeep of high-quality, customer-facing quote documents. This role is primarily responsible for building and updating quote sheets, designing new templates, and partnering with Product Managers to ensure product specifications and selectable options are accurately reflected. In addition to design and documentation responsibilities, this position plays a key role in ensuring every available inventory unit has an up-to-date, branded quote sheet. The specialist will be accountable for meeting KPIs related to quote coverage, accuracy, and alignment with current and future inventory. While the role supports pricing workflows, its focus is on system entry, document consistency, and process support—not pricing decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with Adobe InDesign, and comfortable working with product data and technical specs. Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI is a plus, along with the ability to learn quickly, manage shifting priorities, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the specialty truck industry or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical training or certifications a plus. Proficient in Salesforce (including CPQ), Power BI, and M3. Experience in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for creating professional quote materials, or ability to learn the software. Highly tech-savvy with a proven ability to quickly learn new systems and software. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); advanced Excel skills a plus. Excellent attention to detail and high standards for accuracy. Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Capable of creative problem-solving and suggesting process improvements. Reliable with a strong attendance record. Professional appearance and demeanor. Comfortable working with mathematical concepts (e.g., percentages, ratios, basic financial calculations). Valid driver's license required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
