A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES MANAGER
As a Sales Manager, your top priority is to drive sales performance and growth across all branches. While not directly supervising employees, you will provide clear sales leadership by supporting every Sales and Service Representative (SSR) and Branch Manager by equipping them with the necessary training, tools, and motivation to succeed.
Your morning begins with reviewing sales reports, call data, and performance metrics. You'll quickly spot where renewals are strong, where upsells are happening, and where gaps exist. Guided by our value of high standards, you'll dig into the details to gain important insights.
From there, you'll focus on what drives results: coaching, motivating, and inspiring our people. Much of your day is spent directly with employees, listening to calls, providing real-time feedback, and training to refine their skills. You will be responsible for leading online sales training sessions for all new SSRs and managers, either in group or one-on-one settings, to help new hires get started and build confidence, or guide seasoned employees through advanced techniques. In every interaction, you'll embody humility by creating a space where learning, feedback, and growth are encouraged.
You'll partner with the VP of Sales & Marketing to create and execute strategies that fuel company growth and build a culture where employees are motivated and eager to sell. Together, you'll launch initiatives, refine best practices, and ensure every branch has the resources to succeed.
