Inside Sales Representative – (High Volume Dialing)

NavSav Insurance is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling to existing prospect lists. The ideal candidate is energetic, persistent, and comfortable spending the majority of their workday on the phone engaging prospective clients, identifying interest, and transferring qualified opportunities to licensed producers.

This position is critical to the sales pipeline and focuses on creating warm, sales-ready conversations rather than closing policies directly.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective customers from provided call lists

Re-engage prospects and introduce personal lines insurance solutions

Identify interest, gather key information, and qualify opportunities

Build rapport quickly and effectively with potential clients over the phone

Warm transfer qualified prospects to licensed producers for quoting and closing

Accurately document call activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM systems

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and transfer targets

Handle objections professionally and maintain persistence in outreach efforts

Follow all compliance and regulatory guidelines in outreach practices

Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, or outbound sales roles preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a high-volume dialing environment

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting

Strong listening skills and ability to identify sales opportunities quickly

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Experience working in a high-volume outbound dialing environment

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity-based metrics (calls, transfers, etc.)
