This role is responsible for ensuring that NBCUniversal's EMEA Networks, Hayu, and International DTC advertising sales partners across Central & Eastern Europe and Africa are managed and supported to the highest possible standard, with a strong focus on delivering against ad sales revenue targets. Covering key EMEA markets including Romania, Poland, Balkans, Benelux and Africa, the role acts as the senior owner for third-party sales houses across both Pay TV and Digital platforms, leading all ad sales related relationships with accountability for revenue performance.
The Head of Account Management, Ad Sales CEE & Africa will drive commercial growth by identifying and unlocking new revenue opportunities, including sponsorships, branded content, and creative advertising solutions. Acting as the primary interface between external partners and NBCUniversal's internal teams, the role ensures strong alignment, clear communication, and seamless execution across all stakeholders.
The role is responsible for overseeing performance tracking, forecasting, and reporting across partners, proactively identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions where needed. It will lead coordination and issue resolution across regional partners, driving accountability, consistency, and high standards of delivery, while strengthening long-term partnerships and maximising the value of NBCUniversal's advertising inventory.
