The Business Development Group (BDG) Regional Director is responsible for prospecting and business development activities within their defined territory, with the goal of turning prospects into warm leads and converting them into qualified opportunities for the sales team. Prospecting activities vary, from phone calls to emails, to the utilization of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Business development members are empowered to mix fundamental prospecting tactics with creative, strategic thinking in order to start conversations with prospects, educate them on the value propositions of the nCino Cloud Banking Platform and nCino Mortgage Suite, identify a need and pain point, schedule introductory meetings building rapport within your target market. The Regional Director will be expected to meet quarterly and annual goals. In addition, the expectation is to develop intimate knowledge of Salesforce, nCino's Cloud Banking Platform, nCino Mortgage Suite, the Financial Services industry, and selling.Responsibilities

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The base salary range for this job is:
