Commercial Strategy & Sales Enablement Specialist

Location: Augsburg

To strengthen our team at the Augsburg location, we are looking for a dedicated Commercial Strategy & Sales Enablement Specialist to join us at the earliest possible date. In this role, you will support our sales organization in both day-to-day operations and strategic projects, working closely with internal and international stakeholders. You have a strong understanding of processes and enjoy working directly with customers on site.

Your Responsibilities

In this diverse role, you will act as a key interface between Sales, Operations, and Customers:

Sales & Commercial Enablement

  • Creation, maintenance, and continuous development of quotation and pricing templates
  • Standardization and management of system configurations and third-party products for the German market
  • Support of the sales team in the bid approval process (documentation, calculations, coordination)
  • Close collaboration with international product management on new product launches, changes, and product phase-outs (systems or features)
  • Planning, coordination, and communication of product catalog changes – internally and during on-site customer checkpoints
  • Active communication with customers, partners, and internal departments
  • Preparation, setup, and management of rollout and upgrade projects

Order & Booking Management

  • Setup, booking, and tracking of specific customer orders
  • Collaboration with the international sales support team and functional support in the standard order process
  • Collaboration with customers/partners for the maintenance of product catalogs and system pricing in customer web shops
  • Support with invoice tracking
  • Creation and follow-up of purchase orders
  • Analysis and evaluation of projects and orders
  • Maintenance of relevant master data (product IDs, customer numbers, allocations)

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Professional experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a project-related environment
  • Strong affinity for processes and numbers, with a structured and analytical working style
  • Confident user of MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Teams, as well as quotation and calculation tools
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary, international teams
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused working style
