✨ About The Role

- Responsible for selling Nearpod and Flocabulary to schools and districts in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Indiana - Develop and execute territory plans to meet/exceed quarterly goals - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and maintain a 30-35% close rate for opportunities - Collaborate with Sales Development Representative and Field Marketing to build pipeline and demo products to prospects - Attend trade shows, host in-person meetings, and provide timely reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and territory management activities

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced sales professional with 5-8 years in the industry, particularly in educational software sales, exceeding quotas and KPIs - Proficient in Salesforce.com and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close - Ability to travel for team trainings, tradeshows, and customer visits - Well-organized with strong time management skills and a track record of maintaining accurate CRM data - Must have a desire to work in a remote-first culture and be able to hit quarterly and annual targets consistently
