Sales Support Counter Person

We're looking for a Sales Support Counter Person to be the friendly face and first point of contact for our customers. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong organizational skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You'll support our sales team, assist customers at the counter, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Provide product information, answer questions, and recommend solutions to meet customer needs
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter area
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and monitoring product levels
• Handle phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate team members
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing sales documents

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales support preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems, etc.)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.

Pay and Benefits:

• The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
