Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused retail sales associate to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a demanding environment and have a passion for home improvement and outdoor living products. As a retail sales associate, you will play a key role in providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate customers about our products and services.
• Assist with product selection, answer questions, and offer solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor.
• Manage transactions and process payments accurately.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting current promotions and upselling products.
• Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Effective communication and people skills are necessary.
• Computer/data entry skills required. Microsoft & CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated and purposeful with a passion for sales.
• Availability to work every other Saturday (no Sundays).
• Knowledge or interest in home improvement, design, outdoor furniture, and grills is a plus.
