At Netenders, we are looking for a new Sales Representative for the US & Canada market. We need someone who likes to interact in an international environment, and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth environment.

As a Sales representative, you will:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, actively prospecting potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and position tailored solutions that drive sales.
- Serve as the main point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring their needs are met and managing the entire order and follow-up process.
- Maintain regular outreach to clients to ensure satisfaction, strengthen loyalty, and secure repeat business.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and proposal to closing the deal and post-sale follow-up.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of products.
- Monitor and report on account performance, offering insights into client behavior and market trends.
You will perform if you have the following:
- +2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management or customer relationship management, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Native/fluent in English; a good level of French is a plus. Any other language is more than welcome!
- Proactive and sales-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to analyze numbers and metrics to drive sales performance.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in handling objections.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and basic graphic design literacy
- Availability to work afternoon shifts (14:00–23:00), as these align with the operational hours of the target market
