Responsibilities
- Responsible for quote creation and sales order processing
- Handle documentation & paperwork for shipment and shipment coordination
- Maintain comprehensive customer communication
- Continuously update order list, monitor shipment status, and update through HubSpot
- Ensure order completion and reporting to sales team with necessary visibility for tracking and follow up actions
- Handle logistics coordination with our courier services to ensure timely deliveries to customer worldwide
Qualifications
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and process optimization skills
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Detail-oriented
- Effective communication
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset, as this position requires collaboration with China team
- Prior logistics experience is an asset
- Importation and export experience is an asset
