The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for expanding sales of Paxiom Group's complete line of automated packaging machinery across multiple industries. This role calls for a driven and self-motivated professional capable of managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution development, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing while delivering exceptional customer experiences and measurable results.

• Submit monthly projections, sales results, and quarterly reports to the Director of Sales.
• Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM (Zoho) database.
• Prepare and submit professional estimates and contracts to clients.
• Achieve assigned sales quotas and maintain targeted selling margins.
• Manage expenses responsibly and within budget guidelines.
• Previous experience in capital equipment, manufacturing, or industrial sales is an asset, but not required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and onsite demonstrations.
