Position Title: MX Ecomm Sales Ads Coordinator

Location: CDMX, Mexico

Reports To: Sr Ecomm Manager Mexico

Job Summary: The ecomm Sales Ads Coordinator will be a proactive and detail-oriented supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across key marketplaces including Amazon Ads and Mercado Libre Ads. This role will collaborate closely with sales, marketing local and regional also with media teams to drive visibility, traffic, and conversion for our product portfolio.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Amazon and Mercado Libre.
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with sales goals, seasonal strategies, and promotional calendars.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Support budget planning and allocation across platforms and product categories.
• Monitor spend to ensure alignment with monthly and quarterly targets.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to align advertising strategies with product launches and promotions.
• Coordinate with external agencies or platform representatives when needed.
• Stay updated on new features, ad formats, and best practices for Amazon Ads and Mercado Libre Ads.
• Identify opportunities for testing and innovation within the platforms.
• Allign campaigns with the channel sales forecast and compliance with the proposed goals.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools related to online marketplaces and make recommendations to improve optimizations.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques for optimizing product listings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
• Familiarity with Amazon Ads Console and Mercado Libre Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of eCommerce channels, metrics and customer journey.
• Strong analytical focus and KPIs management.
• Ability to learn, understand and converse around key business issues.
• Demonstrated integrity and maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges.
• Ability to operate independently given direction, and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised.
