Objective of the Position:

Be the strategic link between the sales team and operational areas, ensuring the correct execution of sales processes, data analysis, and generation of insights that drive business efficiency and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on sales-related operational processes.
  • Analyze commercial data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Generate periodic commercial performance reports using Excel and Power BI.
  • Ensure the accuracy of sales forecast in collaboration with finance and supply.
  • Propose improvements in commercial processes and tools that optimize the commercial operation.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of information in sales systems.

Requirements:

  • Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, Commercial Finance, or similar areas.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros desirable). Power BI (desirable): creation of dashboards, data modeling, basic DAX.
  • Knowledge of commercial processes and demand planning.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English

  • Commercial sensitivity: ability to understand the impact of decisions on the business.
  • Proactive attitude: initiative to propose solutions and anticipate needs.
  • Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach.
  • Effective communication and collaborative work.
