We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role blends empathetic customer service with performance-driven sales to guide individuals and families toward life-changing legal solutions.

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
Conduct thorough client needs assessments to identify how our services can help.

Meet or exceed performance goals, including sales conversions and call handling metrics.
Maintain accurate and timely notes in our CRM system.
Work closely with teammates to continuously improve client experience and sales strategy.

The ideal candidate for this role must possess previous demonstrated success in sales.
Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish (native or near-native fluency)
Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in service-based industries
Strong customer service background and phone communication skills
Ability to work some evenings/weekends, depending on client demand
$16,000 - $18,000 MXN pesos/month
