About the Role
Our Sales & Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for families seeking immigration help. You'll combine empathy and goal-driven sales to guide people toward life-changing legal solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Build trust with potential clients through compassionate listening
- Present our services and convert qualified leads into consultations
- Meet and exceed performance goals for conversions and customer satisfaction
- Use CRM systems to manage leads and document interactions accurately
What We're Looking For (Required):
- Proven phone sales experience (minimum 2+ years hitting performance targets)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Passion for helping immigrant families and working with purpose
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling, CRM tools, and virtual communication
Compensation: 2,500,000 - 3,500,000 COP monthly pesos 100% Remote (This is a contract role - you will be responsible for taxes and benefits)
