National Sales Manager

Position Objective: Manage current and new accounts along with the sales team to drive business & growth for IEF.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical/technical and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Trained and experienced in small- and large-scale negotiations
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal skills with the ability to work at all levels of internal & customer organizations
  • Relentless focus on sales growth, process and margin improvements
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary such as overtime and weekends
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day to day sales related duties such as account maintenance, new business development, problem solving and accounts receivable for the assigned accounts and sub-products within the region or assigned Market(s), engaging the Sales Management Team as required for support and guidance
  • Responsible for top line sales revenue / volume growth and for bottom line profitability of assigned accounts and sub-products within the segment
  • Work collaboratively with the sales leadership to create and manage annual sales growth plan and monthly rolling forecasts
