Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Category Sales Specialist. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you! As a Renovation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Renovation (Multi-family, Senior Living, and Hospitality) projects and partner with BDMs to provide successful projects.
• Performing on site take-offs for potential renovation projects, and ongoing projects.
• Lead and develop customer relationships on a local, regional, and national level, or combination thereof.
• Responsible for counting products needed on site
• Manages orders throughout the lifecycle to ensure that any changes to a job are communicated and accounted for.
• Will work with Ferguson's Business Development Manager, national account manager, and Senior Sales Manager to help close sales and maintain ongoing jobs.
• Responsible for job and order follow up including tracking of all pertinent information acquired after the intent to award is disclosed.
• Alignment with inventory efficiency goals and maintenance of job performance against job expectations.
• Frequent local travel required; occasional overnight travel required.
• And any other assigned duties.
• 5 years experience with apartment maintenance, facilities management, facilities supply or project coordination, required
• Experience with multifamily customer or facilities management, preferred
• Project coordination of hospitality or multifamily construction, a huge plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer and MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel
• The ability to delegate work
• Self-motivation and are process-oriented to manage multiple priorities
• Very detailed and meticulous and comfortable performing within established processes

Pay Range: $5,280.30 - $11,495.00
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
