ERP Sales Leadership Role

MetaOption, a Microsoft BC/LS Gold Partner, is seeking a commission-based Sales Professional for an ERP Sales leadership role. We are a leading solution provider of Microsoft technologies, industry solutions for Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central, and consulting services. We specialize in business applications and cloud solutions, helping mid-market and enterprise customers solve their business challenges through strategic consulting services, innovative offerings, and industry-specific solutions built on the latest technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Growing the revenue and profit in line with corporate goals
  • Developing sales strategies and tactics
  • Developing and managing sales cycles from opportunity to sales closure
  • Driving sales excellence in CRM that creates team transparency, data-driven learning, and accurate forecasting
  • Nurturing prospects by staying in touch and delivering high-quality personal touch points
  • Identifying target audiences and leading sales and marketing campaigns

As a senior member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the CEO and lead all sales activities.

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years B2B sales track record with a focus on ERP solutions and business applications
  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft solutions (Dynamics 365 BC, Dynamics NAV) is preferred
  • An independent self-starter and no-nonsense mentality
  • Ability to translate industry business problems into technology solutions
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with financial numbers and deal profitability
  • Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent team-player
  • Combination of strategy and hands-on mentality
  • Active influencing leader in social media savvy for employer branding, sales, and marketing purposes
