Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients through outstanding service and ongoing communication.
• Respond to inbound inquiries, providing solutions and converting leads into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless follow-up and reporting.
• Consistently achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets and performance objectives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Offer insights on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance to support business growth.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales or related role.
• Strong ability to conduct cold calls and engage potential clients effectively.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for sales or administrative processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team to meet shared objectives.
