Regional Sales Manager - Panametrics

Panametrics, a leader in industrial measurement solutions, is seeking a driven and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to lead commercial activities across a defined geographic region. In this role, you'll represent the Panametrics brand in front of customers and channel partners, spearheading business development efforts, nurturing key accounts, and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a territory-specific sales strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities while expanding footprint within existing accounts.
  • Cultivating long-term relationships with end-users, system integrators, and distribution partners across targeted industries.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market dynamics, customer trends, and competitive activities to inform sales tactics.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and marketing to deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Providing accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and business reporting using CRM tools.
  • Representing Panametrics at industry events, trade shows, and regional customer engagement.
  • Managing and supporting channel partners, ensuring alignment, enablement, and performance to territory objectives.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Have minimum 4 years of direct B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial instrumentation, automation, or process control environments.
  • Have a proven ability to negotiate and close complex technical deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Have experience managing and growing channel partner networks is highly desirable.
  • Be proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Have a willingness to travel as required within the territory to support customer and partner relationships.
  • Be a self-motivated, strategic thinker and problem-solver with a results-driven mindset.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $88,800.00 - $199,500.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.

Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time.

You will be eligible to participate in Company-sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and the Thrift Plan (401k). You will have a choice of coverage options that best suit your needs. Coverage options and contribution amounts are related to your benefit elections, base salary level, and specific requirements of each of these plans.
