The Government video team consists of body worn cameras, in-car video, license plate recognition (LPR), fixed video & access control solutions and associated software. Motorola Solutions is the world's largest producer of in-car video systems and body-worn cameras specifically designed for the law enforcement market. The LPR product line consists of LPR, Facial Recognition, and Parking. Developed for law enforcement, by law enforcement, Motorola has created the most comprehensive online platform for generating investigative leads for law enforcement agencies throughout the world. The integration between all of Motorola Solutions public safety portfolio provides a Public Safety ecosystem with end-to-end process improvements, efficiencies, and automation helping keep our communities safer.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Bachelors Degree with 1+ years of sales/public safety experience - OR 3+ years of sales/public safety experience - Outside sales experience selling solutions into government organizations preferred - Strong relationship development and management skills - Ability to be a strong self-starter and hunt to identify/create sales opportunities - High-caliber, articulate, and motivated sales professional - Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation & follow up and through) - Excellent negotiation skills - Ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices a plus - Strong abilities in Google Docs, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce and Tableau - Highly motivated and results-oriented - Preference are candidates who reside within assigned region, work from a home office, and able to travel over 50% of the time

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
