Key Account Executive
Position Summary: As a Key Account Executive, you will focus on obtaining larger or multi-location accounts and partnering with local sales representatives to further develop those accounts.
Compensation & Benefits:
- First year compensation plans range from $65,000-$105,000.
- Compensation range includes commissions on sales. The rate of commissions paid varies from 0% to 12%, depending on product, amount and price sold.
- Mileage and expense reimbursement.

Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory, along with the local sales team, to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential large customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
- Planning & Priority Setting: Efficiently plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
- Market Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers to show the value and quality of our products.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our company's proven sales programs and processes learned in our training workshops.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into our systems.
