We're searching for a talented Sales Manager to grow our member base at MonmouthFlow in Shrewsbury. Ideally, this individual will grow into a multi-unit leadership position as our new studios open in the immediate future.

POSITION:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving membership sales, networking with other organizations, and retention. He/She must have a strong sales/service mindset, knowledge of PC/Mac computers, be able to communicate in an effective and efficient way, be team-oriented, and have a drive and passion for service. Foremost, this is a membership sales, networking, and retention role with a focus on generating new leads, follow-up, and keeping member attrition below thresholds. Helping drive and manage regional community events, and pre-sales activities in the local area is anticipated. Ability to travel within Monmouth County required. Expected 20-25 hours of work per week, including some weekends, base hourly salary plus commission based on membership growth and membership retention.

Employee must be able to work hours that may exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, especially during peak activity periods. May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time. May be required to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car. This job requires the person to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations. May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus. Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone.
