This executive role provides visionary leadership to the sales organization, drives revenue growth, and positions Xerox as a trusted technology partner for clients across industries.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the IT or technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth and building/leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, contracting vehicles, and IT modernization initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and executive-level reporting.
