The Route Sales Representative (RSR) is responsible for providing optimal levels of service to our customers by ensuring they are stocked with product and serviced as scheduled. This role sells and delivers coffee, tea, and related products to our customers within an established route or territory and delivering to various customer locations. In addition to delivering product, this role will be responsible for growing the assigned route sales thru upselling, selling incremental categories and products, and retaining existing customers.
