- The ServiceNow Solution Consultant will work closely with EMEA Account Executives to drive confidence in solutions and secure new projects.
- The role involves supporting sales teams in qualifying customer needs through discovery processes.
- The consultant will demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored, to prospects and existing customers.
- Responsibilities include generating product demo scripts, maintaining demonstration environments, and creating proposals and functional requirements documents.
- The consultant will also respond to RFPs/RFIs/Tenders and stay current on competitive analyses.
