- The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Sales department.
- This role includes the development of new business and the achievement of revenue goals across Broadcast and Digital Platforms.
- The manager will develop and execute sales strategies that result in exceeding revenue targets in local, new business, and digital revenue.
- Responsibilities also include managing inventory and revenue forecasting, as well as Accounts Receivable.
- The Sales Manager will cultivate client relationships alongside Account Executives and prepare budgets while approving budget expenditures.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- A minimum of three to five years of media sales experience is required for this role.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for success in this position.
- The candidate should have experience in guiding, directing, and motivating personnel, including setting and monitoring performance standards.
- The ability to identify the developmental needs of others and to coach or mentor them is crucial for this role.
