- The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Sales department.

- The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets in local, new business, and digital revenue.
- Responsibilities also include managing inventory and revenue forecasting, as well as accounts receivable.
- The role involves preparing budgets and approving budget expenditures while cultivating client relationships alongside Account Executives.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, mass communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of three to five years of multiplatform media sales experience is required for this role.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively lead the sales team.
- Experience in guiding, directing, and motivating personnel is essential, including setting and monitoring performance standards.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of the local digital and media advertising landscape, including various advertising formats and emerging trends.
