FPL Home is looking for Inside Sales Agents to join their team in Miami, FL. We are looking for motivated, self-starter candidates that are eager to make money and expand their career in our company. This is an inbound sales position in a fast-paced call center environment where you will provide exceptional customer experience and sharpen your negotiation skills to drive sales.

Our pay structure is base pay + sales commission + potential promotional incentives allowing you to earn on average $63K annually. Top performers are also rewarded with incentives for their strong sales contribution.

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.. Spanish and sales experience is a plus.

Job Overview

This job is responsible for selling products and services such as home security, satellite, cable, local/long distance phone service, internet, and warranty products to Business and Residential customers. Employees in this role are responsible for selling in an inbound sales call environment.

• Meets sales targets by product category
• Uses program knowledge to align product and service solutions to customer needs
• Works to find new sales leads
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
