- A minimum of 1 year of people management experience is required, showcasing leadership capabilities.
- The candidate should possess a university degree in a business-related subject or have relevant experience in business development.
- A fast learner who is passionate and driven to excel in a dynamic environment will thrive in this role.
- Proven track record of achieving over 80% in quota achievement for three or more quarters is essential.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn is necessary for success in this position.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic is a plus.
