✨ About The Role

- Responsible for implementing strategies, processes, and solutions to enhance sales efficiency within the RollWorks Business Unit - Support day-to-day operations for the Sales teams by providing Salesforce support, data management, and building dashboards - Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate revenue growth, increase market share, and meet strategic objectives - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance against targets and provide proactive insights - Work closely with the enablement team to provide training and support to enhance the sales team's capabilities and effectiveness

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced in sales or sales operations with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry - Proficient in Salesforce with at least 1 year of experience, Salesforce admin certification is a plus - Skilled in project management, data management, and common sales technology stacks - Detail-oriented with a user-focused lens for process improvement - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and possess strong communication skills
