Insurance Agent
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others. Please note this is for inside and outside sales.
Duties:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Provide personalized insurance recommendations based on client requirements
- Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients
- Process insurance applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients in filing claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve company goals
Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of different types of insurance policies and coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for policy management
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly desirable
