We're looking for a Senior Director of Sales to join our fast-growing sales organization and serve as a senior leader on the East Sales team. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Sales in NYC, this role will be both a hands-on sales role as well as a leadership role to coach and inspire a team of sellers to deliver strong revenue growth and partner success. You'll play a critical role in setting team strategy, delivering results, and advancing Nexxen's leadership in the digital ecosystem for your business. If you are a proven people manager with deep industry relationships, expertise in advertising sales and programmatic media, a strategic mindset, and a competitive "must-win" mentality -- we should talk. This role is for someone who thrives on building and strengthening relationships, understands the art of negotiation, and is equally energized by collaborating in-office and being out in the market to grow business.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation, this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
